What you’ll do Lead the end-to-end delivery of accurate , on-time bookkeeping, reconciliations, management and financial reporting, and Australian tax compliance for clients, with a focus on Australian subsidiaries of large multinationals. Review and quality-check client deliverables, managing a diverse portfolio of engagements and competing priorities to meet deadlines with confidence. Design and implement process improvements, leveraging cloud accounting platforms, automation and Gen AI to streamline workflows and lift service quality. Build trusted client relationships, mentor and coach team members, and contribute to team leadership within Finance Managed Services. What we’re looking for Strong accounting and Australian tax compliance expertise across bookkeeping, reconciliations, management and financial accounting, reporting and tax compliance. Proven experience reviewing deliverables and managing multiple engagements, with excellent organisation, prioritisation and project management skills. A confident communicator and relationship builder with demonstrated mentoring and leadership capability. Hands-on experience or exposure to cloud accounting platforms and automation/Gen AI tools, with a curious, improvement-focused mindset; experience supporting Australian subsidiaries of global groups is welcomed.
